Chh. Shivaji Maharaj possessed every quality requisite for success in the disturbed age in which he lived. He possessed an endurance that made him remarkable even amongst his hardy subjects, and an energy and decision that would in any age have raised him to distinctions. His strength and activity in action were glory and admiration of his race. He was endowed with talents of the highest order and a clear vision, was the only one who stood-up to the injustice. He had also an inspiring and endearing personality which spontaneously commanded respect, loyalty and the highest sacrifices from his devoted soldiery and peasants.

Chh. Shivaji Maharaj was very promising, intelligent and patriotic right from his childhood. Even today, the world remembers him for his ‘never give up’ attitude. The most important quality of him was he was emotionally strong. He was a visionary and above all a good administrator. Being a benevolent ruler, whose valour and chivalry has left an everlasting impression in the pages of history by his Guerilla Warfare Tactics to outwit the enemies and an inimitable concept of ‘Swaraj’, a ‘Welfare State’ stands an idol to our students.

In order to develop all the above mentioned qualities, we impart Life Skills Training in our school. Through various sport competitions we try to imbibe never give up attitude among students. We do cherish his idea of secularism through reiterating a slogan ‘I am an Indian’ on daily basis. We celebrate important festivals of all religions to cherish the idea of secularism and religious tolerance. Students are encouraged to set their goals and to accomplish them.

Moreover, we always strive to imbibe the exceptional virtues of Chh. Shivaji Maharaj’s personality among the students. The qualities like Courage, Generosity, Tolerance, Discipline, Togetherness, Being an Ideal Son, Respect for Women, Rational, etc. are, thus, the part and parcel of day to day life of our students. Therefore, we dare to see our Vision. Furthermore, the skills of his phenomenal Administration are adopted in School Administration as well.
